Educator, Author, College “Tee- Queen” and Mother, Robyn has extensive experience creating opportunities for young adults to be successful. This native Baltimorian has always been passionate about educating the youth and serving the community. With over 24 years in public education (as a teacher, pupil personnel worker, counselor and assistant principal), she has won over 10 national and local Excellence in Education awards. In the last two years, Robyn has published her first book, DeDe’s Freshman Year, and has been a pioneer in exposing students and parents to post-high school options including college, the military and vocational opportunities.

John Schmuck

Co-Founder

Retired United States Marine with vast experience in leadership and positive mentorship throughout his career, impacting all ages, sex, and ethnicities. John is passionate about “Being the Change” within any and all communities and giving everyone the opportunity to become successful. He is driven by the success of others, to see others thrive within any chosen path.

John is a lucky husband and a proud father of two daughters. He currently resides in Texas on his farm with his family and many different animals. John and his wife are company owners and raise their family in the country. They have started a Veterans organization focused on providing a successful life after military service to our Veterans. “LET’S BE THE CHANGE!”

Sasha Williams

Wife and Mother who is a highly motivated professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Strong skill set in Customer Experience, Servant Leadership, and Process Improvement. Looking to inspire and develop the leadership and personal skills of the next generation through financial empowerment. Sasha is committed to doing her part to help the community in which she lives by volunteering with her work, family and friends.

Keith Pettiford, D.B.A

A seasoned leader in the financial services industry with 32 years of wide-ranging domestic and international professional experience in the Financial Services Sector; working for organizations such as MBNA, Bank of America, Citibank, Barclays Bank, and JP Morgan Chase. He is currently a Director of Risk Management and Consumer Credit at Harley Davidson Financial Services (HDFS). He has responsibility for the consumer credit analysis, decisioning, funding, fraud, and enterprise oversight functions within the North American Originations team. Dr. Pettiford is also responsible for delivering overall credit quality and the development and successful implementation of Retail lending strategies and programs for the Harley-Davidson Dealer Network and the rider/customer.

In addition to his position at HDFS, Dr. Pettiford is an Adjunct Professor of Business at Wilmington University and has an economic article published in the Banking and Finance Review Journal. He is also an active member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and economic development leader with several organizations in the state. He devotes time to serving the Delaware community and state leaders, mentoring middle school through college students, and tutoring in Mathematics and Statistics.

Dr. Pettiford holds a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Wilmington University. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Coppin State University, where he was also a McNair Scholar. In 2022, Dr. Pettiford published his children’s book, The Brown Shoes.

Keiva L. Lark, EdD

Leader of public schools and district-wide initiatives, Keiva has dedicated her career to supporting schools, teachers, and students. During the span of 27 years of service as a Teacher, Reading Specialist, Professional Development Specialist, Assistant Principal–(K-8) and (9-12), Principal (9-12), and District Leader, Dr. Lark completed Harvard Graduate School of Education Programs: Turnaround Leaders Program and Leading for Excellence and Equity. Dr. Lark has also presented at national conferences focusing on literacy, leadership, and the academy model structure in secondary schools. She is a mother and wife who loves reading and traveling.

Andrew Mohan

Andrew Mohan is a seasoned event coordinator with over 23 years of experience in crafting memorable and seamless events. Based in the Washington D.C area, Andrew has built a reputation for excellence and creativity in the event planning industry.
Andrew quickly discovered a passion for bringing people together through meticulously planned events. This passion has driven him to work on a diverse range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale festivals, corporate events,and community celebrations.He has an extensive background with Security and Construction Management. Notable projects include the annual Charles County Maryland Food and Wine Festival, Islands in the Park Caribbean Food and Wine Festival, Maryland Vintage Wine and Food Festival.
When not coordinating events, he enjoys traveling, playing soccer and spending time with his family.
